City festival with hotels, no camping, a midnight curfew and short distances. About as easy as a major festival gets to attend for the first time.
About EDC Orlando
EDC Orlando is Insomniac's autumn edition of Electric Daisy Carnival, and it runs across three days at Tinker Field — a stone's throw from downtown Orlando rather than out in a field somewhere. Gates open at 1pm and the music runs to midnight each day.
That city location shapes the whole weekend. There's no camping and no need for it: you sleep in a hotel, you eat real food, and you can be back at your room twenty minutes after the last set. For anyone who has done a four-day camping festival in the heat, the appeal is obvious. The trade-off is a hard midnight curfew — this is not a sunrise festival.
The production is what you'd expect from an EDC: multiple themed stages, heavy visual design, art installations, roaming performers and carnival rides on site. The 2026 lineup is spread across three days with a broad electronic spread — big-room and house names like Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Hardwell and Kaskade alongside a deep bass and techno bill including I Hate Models, Ki/Ki, Wooli and Ray Volpe.
Entry is 18+, with VIP areas restricted to 21 and over. Florida in November is a genuine advantage — warm without the brutality of a summer festival further south.

Getting there and staying
Tinker Field sits just west of downtown Orlando, next to Camping World Stadium. Orlando International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away by car. There is no on-site camping, so accommodation means hotels — downtown puts you closest, International Drive is cheaper and busier. Rideshare surges hard at curfew when the whole site empties at once; budget for it or plan to wait.
